To impart quality education through intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual formation with preferential option for the marginalized.

  • By 2025, Christian students of the 8th Standard and above have undergone career guidance and are able to decide on their future.
  • By 2025, the students studying in the colleges under CESU have training in employment skills which help them to build their future.
  • By 2025, the economically backward students of the diocese avail various government scholarships.
  • By 2025, the selected Catholic students’ students of the diocese undergo basic civil service coaching.

Goal 2 : Our institutions are equipped with adequate modern facilities and efficient teaching faculty.

Objectives:

  • By 2025, ongoing formation related to education will be received by the teaching faculty of our diocesan educational institutions.
  • By 2025, the CESU has well-defined Policy with regard to Child Rights/POCSO/Sexual Harassment/Women Harassment, and the teaching faculty is aware of it.
  • By 2022, the teaching faculty under CESU uses modern technology to impart education effectively.
  • By 2023, all the institutions under CESU have qualified Student Counselors.

Goal 3 : Economically poor students are given opportunity to study in the schools/colleges.

Objectives:

  • By 2025, every catholic student in the Diocese will have a minimum qualification of graduation/diploma.
  • By 2025, the specially differently abled students study along with regular students in our institutions.
  • By 2023, economically poor students avail financial assistance for education through Catholic Sabha, Parish, and Diocesan Educational Funds.
